Barrel Shaving

To shave & refire (if requested) casks on site, excluding travel & accommodation.

Should firing be required on site firewood (old casks) must be supplied.

Cask Remanufacture

We remake existing casks (ie cut down Puncheons/Hogsheads to Barriques) from material supplied by the client for $295.00 each. This process involves a period of seasoning before remanufacture & provides fresher (not new) oak flavours at reasonable cost.

Colonial Finish

Kegs are sanded & unpainted, fitted with galvanised hoops unpainted & include a wooden stand, bung & brass tap.

Standard Finish

Kegs are clear satin finished, fitted with galvanised hoops painted black & include a wooden stand, bung & brass tap.

Oval Kegs

Most of the above sizes can be made in oval shape prices on application.
